With more than 20 years of experience in veterinary medicine and animal welfare, as an animal control officer, Lisa brings a deep passion for animals and the people who care for them to her role as Practice Manager. She is also a Certified Animal Control Officer, adding another dimension of hands-on experience to her commitment to animal health and wellbeing.
She believes exceptional veterinary care starts with kindness, patience, and listening—making sure every pet is treated with compassion and every client feels heard and supported. That same philosophy extends to her team, where she is passionate about creating an environment where people feel respected, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
For Lisa, veterinary medicine is ultimately about relationships. She looks forward to building meaningful connections with clients, their pets, the hospital team, and the surrounding community while helping create a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.
I especially like the “veterinary medicine is ultimately about relationships” close—it feels more distinctive and aligned with the people + pet partnership language we’ve been building across the hospital brands.
